What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, whether you told us you are a reader, a writer, or both, the wording of the consent you agreed to, and the times you signed up and confirmed. If you arrived through a shared link, we also record which link brought you, and if you unsubscribe we record when. That is everything. We do not store your IP address, we do not use cookies, and there is no analytics or tracking of any kind on this site.
Why we collect it
We use your address for one purpose: to tell you when Intently is ready and to send you occasional news about early access before then. We ask you to confirm your address by email first, so nobody can add you to the list without your say-so.
Who else sees it
We send email through Resend, who process your address on our behalf in order to deliver it, and we store it with Supabase, who host our database. Nobody else. We do not sell, share, or trade your address, and we do not use it to build a profile of you anywhere else.
How long we keep it
We keep your address while you are on the list. If you unsubscribe, or if you never confirm your email, we delete your record within about three months. If you would like it deleted sooner, email us and we will delete it outright and confirm when it is done.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond. You can also unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email we send, without contacting us at all. You can also complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish data protection authority.
